Thank you to the loyal clients and referrals who have reached out about UT bid day 2024! We know the importance of recruitment week and we love doing bid day gifts every year!

Over the past 9 years we’ve celebrated with New Members across the country and since 2021, we’ve been on site in Knoxville to deliver hundreds of custom baskets and boxes. Our merchandise lines give options to clients looking for a unique gift that may not be in the price point that is currently offered.

After recently meeting with UT Panhellenic, TPC will not be able to accommodate bid day delivery (on the actual Bid Day) for UTK recruitment 2024. The Panhellenic Council has an existing partnership with a contracted supplier who is given exclusive access to the bid list as well as all communication with PNMs before and during recruitment week. In the past, we have been able to work with individual houses and parents to accommodate orders after the terms of the contractual agreement have concluded. Due to Panhellenic obligations and logistics of bid day activities in 2024, outside vendors will not have access to deliver that day. We respect and honor this existing partnership and will keep working with Panhellenic to find ways to celebrate bid day in the future.

As a local Knoxville business, we will continue to uplift the Greek community through donations and partnerships. We’re also proud to provide paid internships in marketing, merchandising, and business management to sorority women each semester. While we may not be able to celebrate on the actual bid day, we’re always excited to help clients looking for one-of-a-kind gifts for sororities and UT spirit items.

Please continue to support the good work being done by small business owners in the community who promote Greek life every day- many of whom are alumnae of sororities across the country!
